If you think of it like this now, you should have experienced it before Mercadona arrived on the scene. Supercor had a monopoly on this area and seemed very aware of this fact. I have always thought that their staff could benefit from customer service training, and to crack a smile once in a while wouldn´t be too much to ask for. I also think that there´s no need for a weighing service in the veg section or a staffed bakery.

this place is stucked in the 1980-s.
there is a woman security there, who follows me around any time I go in there with my baby in a pram, like I am a shoplifter.
Always large backup at the checkout, the Mercadona is so much more forward thinking and a lot friendlier staff.
