The location and setting amongst the polo fileds is fabulous. Great idea to have something for the children as well so that we can unwind, relax or workout without having to worry about the little ones. I am very excited to work with Lorraine, the personal trainer, at the studio there – what more could a girl want!

Fantastic place, finally a clean studio in which to do yoga, and the tea house is a great place to undo all the good work you have done in the gym, their cakes are fantastic!

Rio Geande can give sotogrande a real community feel. The setting is breathtakingly tranquil. If you have young toddlers, they can enjoy a few hours in it’s fun nursery, while you can kick back and relax over a wide selection of teas, in its trendy tea house. Or for the more active adult there is weekly pilates and yoga classes as well as massage session. Its been open a week and I love it already.
